PieSync is a tool that runs automatically in the cloud and keeps your different systems synced up in real time.
Unlike services like Zapier, Integromat, etc. that run automated sequences, PieSync just keeps your data synced – both ways – including filters if you want.
For example, I like to keep my clients synced between my CRM and my Google Contacts, so I set up a sync in PieSync that will automatically do that. Anyone with a “client” tag will automatically be synced with my Google Contacts. I have mine set up one-way only, but I could easily just tell the system that any one in my Keap Max Classic (formerly Infusionsoft) system needs to be synced with my Google Contacts and vice versa.
It’s a great tool if you have data in multiple places and need to be sure that all of the info is synced between them all.
Quick note — this is not for syncing files across platforms (i.e. if you want to make sure all your Dropbox files are synced with your Google Drive files – this is not the service for that).
This tool isn’t for everyone, but if you need this service, PieSync is a great one to use.
