Richard the owner of Marshall’s Jewelers in Bellingham, MA here and I’m a huge fan of Jeff and 4Spot. I’ve always been pleased with the responsiveness to changes that I’ve needed made to my website. Additionally, Jeff doesn’t disappear after the site is up and running. I often get emails about available improvements and opportunities for the site.
